Wheel Of Life ?
The Wheel Of
Life is a simple diagnostic tool to gauge the degree of
your balance in daily living, at this
moment in your life.

To evaluate your current total balance
for peaceful living
FIRST, copy
the above circle with spokes on a piece of paper. Then, score
your S(s)elf from a scale of 1 to 10 using the above wheel. Beginning
at the core of your Being which is the “hub of your wheel
of life,” move outward and intuitively assess
your “degree of satisfaction/happiness” along each
of the six spokes of the wheel. Now mark your S(s)elf-assessment
with an X on each spoke.
Then, connect all of the X’s with a straight line to
see your “balanced wheel of life.” HOW
BALANCED ARE YOU? Could you drive your car with
a wheel like the one you have just created? Or, do you need
more “roundness,” more balance in your wheel?
SECOND, to
create a “plan for balancing,” simply mark each
spoke with a score from 1 to 6 with the X closest
to the outer wheel with a 6, and the X closest
to the hub with a 1. Then number the remaining X’s in
order from 2 to 5.
You now have a PRIORITY OF DEVELOPMENTAL WORK that
needs to be completed along your daily journey to peaceful
living. Start with number 1 module as that sector of your
current life which needs your immediate attention, and then
continue in order to the lowest priority module, the one
with a 6 score.
This diagnostic test, when applied
at least four times per year, will guide the balancing plan for
any individual on his/her journey to recovering a balanced S(s)elf.
So,
now the envelope please!
