The REMEMBRANCES workshop empowers any adult . . . especially ELDERS . . . to retrieve, examine, and share their fascinating life stories. The group workshop uses both a hardback journal and online, internet access to answer critical questions about the details of your life's journey.
Compiling your life story is essential to discovering your authentic S(s)elf . . . and you do not have to do the work alone !
The multiple week interactive class, limited to 6-10 people, is designed to provide a STRUCTURE . . . a frame of reference . . . with which to introduce the power of life stories, and to kickstart participants' efforts to capture their memories, experiences, hopes, and dreams.
This workshop is the "beginning step" of the three phase IDENTITY QUEST. It facilitates the historical recording of factual information about your life through an extensive list of questions.
